Process
At Match Creative Talent, we are dedicated to keeping things as simple as possible for you. Our goal, at all times, is to make sure that partnering with us is a pleasure. We remain flexible and adaptable to your needs so that working with us is simple and easy. Our online reporting capabilities make timesheet approval and work history review a virtual snap. And, of course, we continually evolve and improve our processes so that we’re always right where you need us to be.
- Fulltime Terms
We guarantee all of our placements. If you decide you would like to permanently hire a talent that was presented to you by Match Creative, there is a placement fee based upon a percentage of the talent’s first-year gross salary. The fee is reduced based upon the number of days the talent has already worked for the client through Match Creative Talent.
- Minimum Hours
We have a 4-hour minimum for any day in which a talent reports to perform any services. This is enforced to protect the talent from lost work they could have had elsewhere.
- Cancellation Fee
If a talent has been booked and an assignment is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the assignment, the client must pay 75% of the amount of the project booked as reasonable compensation for the talent’s time lost.
- Overtime Pay
